The sludge dewatering unit includes:
- effluent tank
- filtration unit
- filter bags
- trolley for transporting sacks with dehydrated sludge
The drain tank and the filtration unit are hydraulically connected. The installation may be operated in both the manual and automatic control mode.
Application range
The unit is designed to de-water sludge formed in wastewater. Sludge de-watering is provided by a combined technology including physical-chemical and mechanical processes. The filtrate formed during de-watering is returned to the storage tank. De-watered sludge is to be disposed of in the prescribed manner.

Исполнение
The equipment is manufactured of carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating, plastic or stainless steel.
Условия поставки
Срок поставки: 1-3 месяца (в зависимости от типоразмера оборудования, загруженности производства, сроков поставки комплектующих).
Транспортировка: by automobile or rail.
Складирование оборудования: in heated premises.
Гарантия
Стандартный гарантийный срок составляет 12 месяцев со дня приёмки оборудования в эксплуатацию. Возможно увеличение срока гарантии за дополнительную плату.
Исходные требования
Установку допускается применять при следующих исходных данных:
- the sludge shall not:
- exceed 120 kg/day by weight
- contain large mechanical particles larger than 20 mm
- the sludge shall be chemically neutral
In case it is necessary to de-water more sludge per day than indicated above, the equipment may be installed in several parallel lines. In case the sludge volume is much larger than that indicated, a filter press, centrifuge or other suitable de-watering equipment may be installed.

Note: The required number of water treatment plants is determined by the efficiency of treatment facilities. The installation is authorized for use in water treatment plants and water treatment complexes of different capacities.
