Application of the technology implemented in the UKOS-PROM installation in the course of upgrading and reconstructing the existing treatment facilities, as well as in the constructing new neutralization stations, enables one to:
- carry out sewage treatment of galvanic production with medium and high concentrations of heavy metal ions up to the required standards with separation or without separation of wastewater into categories;
- partially abandon the use of chemical reagents or significantly reduce their consumption;
- disinfect and stabilize purified water;
- reduce the amount of reagents used, to lower salt content of purified water;
- lower the amount of solid waste, which in composition, physicochemical and mechanical properties are suitable for further processing and disposal;
- depending on the salt content of waste water entering treatment, reuse 50-90% of purified water in galvanic production without the need for additional equipment for its desalting;
- Deploy water treatment equipment in a compact way, reduce the length of process pipelines, the number of pumps and fittings;
- Reduce the material consumption and energy intensity of the process of wastewater treatment and processing of generated solid waste by 15-25%.
In its efficiency, technical and economic indicators the UKOS-PROM water treatment complex corresponds to the current world level.
Technical solutions used in technology and equipment are patented, and elements of "know-how" are provided for in them.
Application range
The UKOS-PROM block-modular water treatment complex is designed for cleaning the following categories of waste water:
- production of printed circuit boards
- effluents of galvanic production
- effluents of metallurgical productions
- circulating water from hydrofilters of painting chambers
- leather production
- chemical-pharmaceutical production
- drainage water from landfills
- circulating cooling water
- oil and oil-containing effluents
- paint and varnish production
- other categories of industrial effluent when installing additional modules

- electrolyzers with plate electrodes or chip mixers
- saturators and ejectors
- nutch filter or filter press
- containers for expendable reagents
- components and equipment, pipes, fittings, fixtures (as agreed with the Buyer)
Исполнение
The equipment is manufactured of carbon steel, plastic or stainless steel.
Условия поставки
Срок поставки: 1-3 месяца (в зависимости от типоразмера оборудования, загруженности производства, сроков поставки комплектующих).
Транспортировка: by any transportation means available.
Складирование оборудования: under canopy, or in the open during summer season.
Гарантия
Стандартный гарантийный срок составляет 12 месяцев со дня приёмки оборудования в эксплуатацию. Возможно увеличение срока гарантии за дополнительную плату.
