The compact block-modular water treatment complex (BMWC) UKOS-PROM-NF makes it possible to purify sewage of dairy industry featuring high concentration of pollutants according to the principle of pressure flotation and obtain low humidity flotation slurry (less than 95%). Sludge is quickly and effectively dehydrated by improved fluid evacuation process. At the same time, the volume of the precipitate formed and the cost of its evacuation are reduced several times. The installation uses new technical solutions that improve the efficiency and reliability of its operation significantly. It is easy to operate and does not require constant presence of maintenance personnel, is characterized by low power consumption, may operate in either continuous or periodic mode. Controller based fully automated option is available.
BMWC is capable of running both reagent purification of wastewater from dairy plants and its reagent-free cleaning.
Application range
The water treatment plant is designed to treat sewage from dairy plants and other food industries before discharging it into the public sewerage system or using its purified water in water-circulation systems of enterprises.
Such sewage may contain suspended matter, petroleum products, oils, fats, organics and surfactants, poorly soluble compounds of heavy metals. To improve the efficiency of cleaning, the equipment may be completed with after-treatment units based on filtration, sorption and other processes.
The installation may be used to construct new wastewater treatment facilities for dairy plants, and to reconstruct or upgrade the existing ones.

Условия поставки
Срок поставки: 1-3 месяца (в зависимости от типоразмера оборудования, загруженности производства, сроков поставки комплектующих).
Транспортировка: by automobile or rail.
Складирование оборудования: under canopy, or in the open during summer season.
Гарантия
Стандартный гарантийный срок составляет 12 месяцев со дня приёмки оборудования в эксплуатацию. Возможно увеличение срока гарантии за дополнительную плату.
